 Plan, manage and execute maintenance activities as per schedule to ensure uninterrupted operation of equipment and machinery
 Arrange and manage mechanical and electrical equipment and machinery
 Prepare maintenance schedules and assure their proper execution for machinery and equipment
 Effective preventive, routine and corrective maintenance of equipment and machinery according to manufacturer recommendations and standards
 Plan inspection schedules of equipment and machinery to fulfill the requirements
 Arrange 3RD party consultants’ inspection and certification of equipment and machinery
 Prepare generation and consumption reports
 Generate lists of consumables, BOQs, estimation and costing
 Identify the work hazards, provide job related safety instructions and trainings and ensure the safe operations
 Conduct training and counseling sessions for maintenance crew
 Plan, organize and manage the urgency of repairing and maintenance of breakdowns
 Monitor all maintenance activities across the company, identify the room of improvement continuously that will reflect in overall work efficiency
 Documentation of maintenance procedures and related activities
 Analyze and monitor costs and expenditures for the department
 Attend departmental meetings and provide feedback and progress reports to management
